What We Do For You


  • Assisting Canadian resident importers and Non-Resident importers (NRI) to obtain their import Business Number prior to importing the goods to Canada.

  • EDI Releasing the goods arriving at any point across Canada by Air, Marine, Highway, Rail, and Mail modes of transportation.

  • Releasing the goods exported from Canada to the U.S. through our U.S. partner.

  • Monitoring air and ocean shipments prior and upon arrival, timely paying all stakeholders’ charges on your behalf to the carriers, co-loaders, terminals, etc., to expedite delivery of your shipments and avoid paying additional charges.

  • Paying air terminals fees or ocean warehouse fees on your behalf and arranging delivery of the cargos to the consignee’s designated warehouses.

  • Working directly with carriers, forwarders, and steamship lines to coordinate your shipments' clearance, avoid delays, and minimize additional costs.

  • Proactive monitoring and expediting customs clearances to ensure your shipments clear customs without delay regardless of when, where, and how they arrive.

  • Processing releases of the goods through customs offices electronically.

  • Obtaining certificates of origin such as CUSMA, CEUT, CPTPT, GPT from the exporters or producers of the goods to ensure minimum customs duties are paid.

  • Handling Amazon Shipments, including air & Marine cargos, shipped directly from overseas to Canada or in-bonded by truck through the U.S. to Canada such as:

  • Paying all ground charges in Canada on your behalf.

  • Releasing your shipment upon arrival.

  • Delivering your shipment to our warehouse.

  • Storing, sorting, and labelling your shipment with Amazon/UPS labels.

  • Arranging picking up your shipment by UPS or our LTL truck from our warehouse and delivering your shipment to the designated Amazon warehouse.

  • Clearing yachts shipped by vessel from any point in the world to Canada, or departed the U.S. on its own power to Canada, or shipped by Truck from the U.S. to Canada with or without boat trailer.

  • Releasing used vehicles shipped to Canada by ro-ro or containerized vessels.

  • Clearing Hand-carried commercial goods shipped by personal vehicle or non-bonded truck from the U.S. to Canada.

  • Processing E29B temporary imports.

  • Obtaining import permits from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, Transport Canada, SIMA, National Resources Canada, Foreign Affairs International Trade, and other government departments to ensure your shipments' timely and smooth customs clearance based on customs rules and regulations.
